Every effort is made to make sure your goods arrive in perfect condition, please contact us if anything is damaged in transit.

You have 28 days, from receipt of goods, to notify us if wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, are non-refundable, unless faulty. We can offer a reprint at cost price if a mistake is made when ordering.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we would be happy to resolve any issues.
